Clinical Supervision

Candidates for the Florida LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Work) license are required to engage in a minimum of one hour of clinical supervision with a Florida approved supervisor every two weeks.

Candidates for the New Jersey LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Work) license are required to engage in one hour weekly clinical supervision sessions with a New Jersey approved supervisor for 104 weeks.

I am an approved supervisor for clinical licensure in Florida and New Jersey, and have worked with several LCSW candidates in fulfillment of this requirement.

 

My supervisory goal is to support the professional development of LCSW candidates in all areas of clinical skills and expertise, including but not limited to case management, use of theoretical modalities, designing case appropriate therapeutic interventions, ethics, and professional use of self.
